Thanks to a sophisticated online configurator, which can be accessed through this link, you can now customize the paint scheme on your Cipollini frame. There is a huge combination of different colors available, some with very unique effects.

Once you are happy with the final result, you can proceed by requesting a quote and you will receive an email containing the code for the selected color configuration.

TCM TECHNOLOGY

The true monocoque frame: all in one piece, with no bonding.

We are the pioneers of a powerful and sophisticated technology that involves the processing of the carbon frame as a single piece without posthumous insertion of the rear stay, unlike most of the frames on the market.

TCM is the original monocoque frame born from a single die.

Thanks to a long and complex process, we are able to treat the structure as if it were a single tube. The hides are inserted as needed and there is no need to take care of the junction parts that will undergo different stresses.

STRONGER, MORE RESISTANT, LIGHTER

The monocoque frames on the market are often composed by fixing the rear stay with glue to the front of the frame. This treatment makes the frame structure more subject to deterioration in the long term, with a consequent decline in performance.

MCipollini’s true TCM monocoque frame allows to eliminate these weak points due to the disjoint parts. I0p3n this way the pressures suffered by the frame over the years will be absorbed in a more uniform and less impactful way.

PERFECT FIBERS

The choice of the fibers used in the lamination process, the certification of the same process and the construction technology in the autoclave confer unique mechanical characteristics to the Cipollini frames. The fabrics used in the construction process are subjected to pre-impregnation with epoxy matrix resins and to sequential checks to verify that the resin content is constant on all parts.
